Who should attend?
Public health officials and inspectors, laboratorians, public facility licensing staff, engineers and infection preventionists from acute care hospitals and long-term care facilities, quality improvement specialists, environmental specialists
Mileage reimbursement and one or two night’s hotel stay is available for attendees traveling >50 miles from their
home base. Non-state employees MUST complete and submit the Non-state Employee Travel Agreement via email to Maureen Vowles at email@example.com to obtain approval PRIOR to the conference. Once approved and following the conference, non-state employees MUST complete and submit the Non-state Employee Travel Reimbursement Form to receive reimbursement for travel expenses.
