In order to become a Certified Food Safety Manager in Utah, you must pass an approved certified exam.

The following UTAH approved examinations are:

  • Utah State University Food Safety Manager’s Certificate Program

  • 1 AAA Food Manager
  • 360 Training (Learn2Serve).com, Inc.
  • National Registry of Food Safety Professionals
  • National Restaurant Association (ServSafe)
  • Prometric, Inc.
  • The Always Food Safe Company, LLC
