Yersiniosis
Yersiniosis is an infection caused most often by eating raw or undercooked pork contaminated with Yersinia enterocolitica bacteria. Common symptoms include diarrhea, fever, and abdominal pain. Abdominal symptoms can occur 1-14 days after infection. Antibiotics can be prescribed to treat the infection.
